The process

Report by the employee: The employee or facility manager uses the app to document situations, including taking photos and sending the report to the backend.

Receipt by the HSE advisor: The report is received via email, where the HSE advisor or facilitymanagement has direct access to the report details through a link in the email.

Processing by the HSE advisor: The report is classified and assigned to the appropriate service line (e.g., cleaning, logistics). This process is intuitive and straightforward through the use of dropdown menus.

Handling by the service line: The service line receives the report through the system, communicates the required actions, and provides feedback on the solution to the HSE advisor or facilitymanagement via the system.

Reporting and closure: Once the report has been resolved, the HSE advisor receives an email with the resolution details, processes this information, and closes the report. Reporting options are also available for management, with choices including PDF reports*, CSV files, or live dashboards*.
